The Power of Housing Stability

A safe and stable home provides the foundation for nearly every other part of life. Addressing an urgent repair can help prevent displacement, protect a family’s health and safety, preserve affordable housing, and allow older adults and individuals with limited resources to remain in their homes.

Through collaboration among the City, the Community Foundation, nonprofit organizations, and qualified service providers, the Housing & Stabilization Fund turns community resources into meaningful, lasting support for Clemson residents.
